How to measure Outdoor Round Cushions

No skill is required to measure up for a round cushion, it’s simple.

  1. Measure the diametre of the space where the cushion will go to the nearest cm. Example: if it is 504mm round to 50cm or if it’s 506mm make it 51cm
  2. Because it’s round it will be the same measurement as the first one.
  3. Confirm how thick you would like the cushion.

Pro Tip: 5cm – 7cm is the most popular thickness for this type of size however they can be as little as 3cm thick if used as a chair cushion or 15cm if to be used on a round daybed.

  • STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR FILLS

    This is a no brainer, we don’t charge extra for quick drying foam so we’d suggest you pick it. Regular foam
    tends to go mouldy if it gets wet and isn’t in the sunlight. Quick drying foam is open cell foam allows the water
    to pass through quickly.

  • STEP 4: CHOOSE YOUR TIES

    Please select whether you would like ties or not.
    Some cushions don’t need ties like a scatter cushion or round cushions. Bench, lounge, daybed, chair & seat cushions on the other hand should have ties to secure them to the furniture.  Should you like to make the ties longer we can arrange this upon request.

  • STEP 5: MEASUREMENT

Bespoke Round Outdoor Cushions

Your round cushions can be made from Olefin and Texteline with regular indoor foam or quick drying foam available at no extra cost to you. Texeline is ideal for commercial high traffic environments such as pubs and clubs or where children could stand on the cushions, Olefin on the other hand feels like regular fabric but is ideal for outdoors due to it strong UV properties as water repellent.
