How To Measure For Daybed Cushions/Daybed Mattress Cover

No skill is required to measure up for a oval daybed cushion cover, it’s simple

  1. Measurement A: Input the current thickness of your cushion in centimetres  for example 100mm is to be  enter: 10
  2. Measurement B: Measure the depth of the oval cushion at the deepest point
  3. Measurement C: Input the overall length of the daybed cushion.
  4. Measurement D: Measure the straight section of the daybed before it starts to curve.

Pro Tip: Measure the cushion cover without the foam/filling inside. This will ensure the cushion cover is a much neater fit.

    What is piping: Piping on a cushion is the thin fabric tubing that goes around the edges of the cushions. Piping is somewhat like a fine/small pipe that is around all the joins/ edges. It can provide a premium look and can be made in difference colours to provide a contrast. If that seems daunting you may like to know that most cushions use the same fabric on the piping as they do for the cushion.

  • STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR TIES

    Please select whether you would like ties or not.
    Unless your daybed is enclosed on 3 sides or has a lip at the front preventing the cushion sliding off then ties are recommended  on a daybed seat cushions.
